You can check out Palacio Sud America! I know it sounds weird but don't worry, it's not a palace, it's a dancing place. Every Saturday night many people go dancing there. The place has 3 dancing salons: one is with Carribean music, one with tango and the other I don't remember. If you get there before midnight, you pay half! It's near the Palacio Legislativo.
