I think there are several but I only use Buquebus, with offices at the docks in the old customs hall. There are 3 daily departures and it costs $58 for a tourist ticket. At the Montevideo dock you have you be half an hour ealier to go to Preembarque and show them your ticket and pay the extra tax. Then you have to go to Migracion for the Uruguayan exit and the Argentine entry formalities.
