If you're willing to take a short trip to Termas del Guaviyu you can enjoy the thermal springs there in the 4 pools of the complex. You can even spend the night there in the motel and eat at the restaurant. Or, if you can't afford it you can go camping there (it's cheap). You have to pay $0.50 to enter the springs. This place is 50 km north of town so take a bus there (they're 4 day).
